I recently ordered a foldable indor comfort sofa bed from Warmthside. It was a gift for somebody. Neither of us was notified. There was no way of tracking. Suddenly, on 3-8-23, the tracking said that the item arrived on 3-7-23. My friend was home, on that day. She says, she never saw or heard any delivery trucks. Nobody knocked on the door, at the specified time.
Now, I finally found a way to register with ChinaPost. The item went to China and Hong Kong. What’s happening? If the item is sent back to the sender, then, how do I get my sofa-bed? There is no way to contact Warmthside. They provide an email address, which they never answer.
Is it possible to get the sofa-bed resent to my friend? Once they re-send it, do we have to wait outside everyday, until we get our item?
I am relieved, to know that nobody stole the chair.
I was imagining someone trying to retrieve it from sneaky neighbors.
Well, how will ChinaPost know, that I want to retrieve my sofa-bed from over seas?
Thank you for your help.
