Why did it say it went back to ghanzou regional sorting centre and then left and then went back??

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LV832255848CN show the airline rejected the parcel for safety reason. China Post sent the parcel to another airline on Sep 17. You need to wait one more week and see if it can pass the safety check of the new airline.
