I was receiving a package shipped from the UK. Tracking #RU834878942GB

This is the activity:

China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System

2016-10-01 05:02:00.0 leaving Langley
2016-10-01 12:27:00.0 Langley export customs cleared
2016-10-06 09:07:09.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-10-06 14:25:03.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-10-08 15:10:11.0 Jinan Transit Station import customs scan
2016-10-08 15:20:56.0 Jinan Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-10-10 11:06:10.0 Jinan Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-10 11:10:36.0 Jinan Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-10-13 10:38:22.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan

It looks like the package is returning to the UK. Is there a way to find out why it didn't get delivered? Or is this normal?

1. For whatever reason the parcel pass Jinan Import Customs, then 2 days later was returned:
2016-10-08 15:20:56.0 Jinan Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-10-10 11:06:10.0 Jinan Transit Station export security scan

2. Maybe the parcel was refuse by recipient or could not be deliver with the address or a mistake of China Post.

3. You might find out more when you receive the parcel. There might be some marking on the parcel. You might be able to contact Royal Mail to investigate why the parcel was return.
