RL284912089CN is ok, no need worry. China Post has some delay since Nov,2016. you need wait about one or two more weeks.

When should i receive them?

RS388302222CN was returned from China Customs, you can not get it anymore. Open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel asap.

Other parcels should be ok, you need wait about 4 to 6 weeks to get the parcel.

I'm missing my package it keep saying for the last 7 day its in "Guangzhou Terminal" airlines, CN

No ... RS388302222CN it was a cheap plastic camera holder.
