Post help with track CP422516106CN, in transit for 100+ days

Hello! The last update says it's in transit to the sorting center and it's been like this for 45+ days, the shipping was done by sea, which I know it's slow, but shouldn't be that slow tho

CP422516106CN was rejected by Japan Customs officer in Kawasaki port for unknown reason. It might have some safety problem. The item was returned to original post office in Shanghai. If you are shipper, please contact your local post office to pickup the return.
