1. No can not help you because I don't have the tracking number.

2. You should call USPS since the parcel is in USA or go to a USPS Post Office to have them explain the situation about your parcel.

1. I suspect this statement from USPS is wrong:

Arrived at USPS Destination Facility,

It should have said this:
January 13, 2017
5:34 am
Arrived at 
ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

2. You should be OK because of this on the USPS site:
Expected Delivery Day: Friday, January 20, 2017
