Hi,

My order has been stucked on transit since 11 Oct 2016 and has not been updated.

Is there something wrong with the shipment or anything else?

I have orders that are sent out much later than this shipment and it has arrived.

Origin Country - Cache Time: 2016-10-18 06:50
2016-10-11 06:33 Guangzhou, had left the Guangzhou City Center, sent to postal express and logistics company, Guangzhou international business branch
2016-10-11 06:15 Guangzhou City, Guangzhou City Centre
2016-10-10 05:32 Guangzhou, left Guangzhou airport to Guangzhou City Center
2016-10-08 18:57 Guangzhou, Guangzhou postal EMS the company's international business branch has been received (the embrace cast member name: Chen Zhao, Tel: 13922150684)

1. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible because what I see in the tracking is troublesome.

2. The parcel departed from here:
2016-10-08 18:57 Guangzhou, Guangzhou postal EMS the company's international business branch has been received (the embrace cast member name: Chen Zhao, Tel: 13922150684)

And here is the last tracking:
2016-10-11 06:33 Guangzhou, had left the Guangzhou City Center, sent to postal express and logistics company, Guangzhou international business branch

3. For whatever reason it seems to me that the parcel return back (2016-10-11) to the company that receive (2016-10-08) your parcel.
