Hello good morning

How can I know why my package is taking so long to arrive, since there has been no new tracking update for more than a month?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows EV037447499CN the parcel was sent to airline on July 25. it is still waiting for flight to Mexico. The parcel transit time is longer than average but still in normal time frame, please wait one or two more weeks.

We will write a new post here once it. arrives in Mexico.

shipping time to Mexico sometime is slow. your parcel is still in normal time frame, please wait some more time.

My package seems to be delayed. It seems to have arrived in Mexico, but not according to the local postal service. They say they don't have it and it's not in customs either. but has it really arrived in Mexico? Or is it delayed somewhere in China or somewhere in transit? Or is it lost?
