Post Asking about my posted item

I would like to ask about the time my item still needs to be delivered to my country as it was posted since the 15th of October and yet to receive it or hear anything from the carrier or the post office, although they told me that it will need from 5-15 days to be received, and the tracking status of my item is "delivered to air transport" since more than 3 weeks, and yesterday I checked with my post office and they confirmed to me that they didn't receive the item or any information from the carrier yet and that I need to check with the post office who sent the item or with the carrier. And I tried to contact the source from where I bought the item and they told me that they are unable to follow the item as it was released from their side, and unfortunately there is no way to check with the EMS/ China as they don't have e-mail services or online customer service and I couldn't contact them thru phone. So how I will be able to follow them or know anything about my item as I'm really in need for it because it's my white dress for my coming wedding which is very close and I did all my arrangements based on the 15 days they told me that I will be able to receive it.

My Tracking No. is: LO292669029CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO292669029CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Israel on Oct 15. it is a little bit delayed.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Israel Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Israel). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Israel Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Israel Post website will show its new status with Israel location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you so much for such clarification...that means that I have to wait more.
But just to make sure, the no-information stage period which might last 7-20 days as you mentioned, means starting from when?
