My tracking states that it is preparing shipment since Jan. 24th and nothing more. Will there be a delay because of the coronavirus? Can I get a refund on my order, instead? Or will my order still be shipped to me?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV330742089CN shows the parcel was sent to airline for USA on Feb 3. It is on the way, no need worry.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Parcel from China to USA normally will take about 4 to 8 weeks. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.
