Why is this still saying Export Customs Scan. I have read elsewhere that it should only say this for 2 - 10 days. I have only ordered 2 phone cases. I don't want to be waiting a month for these to show up! I have contacted the company with no response so I thought I would try you as you are the last ones to see them. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Getting rather annoyed waiting for them!!!

sometimes the parcel status does not change even after the parcel has been sent to airline. please be patient and wait one or two more weeks. it will arrive.
