i have had 2 items sent first says deld but def not to me or anyone around me replacement apparantly sent and still not seen that either???

hi i need to know where my goods have been apparantly delivered to as they never reached my address and think i been scammed

AS810663366CN has been delivered.
AS811032979CN is out for delivery since 31 december 2022

If you haven't received any parcel, you must open a dispute to request a total refund.
A lot of user have reported a scam with this shipping method because isn't delivered by the local postal operator but frome another courier in N.Z.
