My package is still in the state of [departure processing center] on 12/3. Where did you depart my luggage? And where is the luggage now and what is the situation?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows AG562032934CN was sent to Guangzhou sorting center on Dec 3. Please wait one or two more weeks to see new status.

Once item arrives your country, you will see next update.
