Hi there

my parcel via EMS : EV733241238CN . tracking stopped on the 15th after entering the destination country. there is no last update and tracking doesnt show any status on Singpost either.

may I know the status please? thank u

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV733241238CN shows the item is still waiting for flight from Beijing to Singapore. Not arrived in Singapore yet. Please wait another 10 to 20 days.

the current location says CI. What's CI? is the timeline of 10-20days considered normal?

CI is just an airline warehouse code, no need care too much about it. 10 to 20 days is quite normal. Based on our experience, the item has more than 80% chance to reach destination country by early Feb.
