As the tracking result shows, my parcel has been stuck in the Guangzhou custom for over one month. No updates over one month.
Besides, no one contacts us for this. Please tell me what should I to get my parcel back. How to do with this? Any procedure?

I believe you didn't write receiver's phone number in the shipping address. China Post can't find receiver to make customs clearance.

You need to ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and try to make customs clearance. If none makes customs clearance in a specific time, the local China Post branch will return the parcel to shipper.
