Hi,

i have two shippings. One is RL034371941CN, which is stuck Export Security Scan since September 14th. And the other is RL034371955CN which has been sent to airline on September 13th. I have no new information, should i be worry?? help pleaseeee

no need worry. those 2 status sometimes will not change until the parcel arrives your country. wait 2 weeks and see what happens, it should change status then.
