NO BATTERY !

The tracking has been stuck with the customs information a long time. is there anything we can do? Will this be parcel be released?

the parcel stuck in customs for so long time is not common. It might be lost or seriously delayed in airline's warehouse. If your buyer protection deadline has not expire, you'd better open a dispute and claim refund for lost parcel.

if you paid by paypal, then login to paypal and find the link to open dispute. if you paid by aliexpress, there is also a link to open dispute after you login to aliexpress.

the parcel might be delayed because of airline shortage in brazil. you can open a dispute to get refund if the buyer protection deadline has not expired.
