Hi, the package number RK032644523CN seems to be in "Sent to airline status" scince Sept. 3, can you help me?.

As shipping space to mexico is limited. parcel might take about 3 to 6 weeks to arrive Mexico after "sent to airline" date. the "sent to airline" status will not change until it arrives Mexico.
