Hi alls, my number track is wrong RC412324866CN and i cant view the state of my buy, i try contact to seller with the chat box and mail but this dont reply my messages, i dont know waht can i do, please only i want the correctly number for tracking in my conuntry, i have 2 month aprox waiting my products.

I've had orders where the code did not work, but either way, the seller must answer it every time. Open dispute.

RC412324866CN is invalid number, seller did not ship the goods to you. If the parcel was shipped, http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will show location and status within 2 days of shipment.

You'd better contact seller and ask for real shipment information and tracking number. If he can not give you a reasonable explanation, you should open a dispute to aliexpress.
