Good afternoon ladies and gentleman,

Two and a half months ago, my wife, who was taking a course in China, sent some personal stuff (books and clothes only) to Brazil. According to the tracking, the package went through chinese customs security and left China (JPKWSI) on July 5th, however there are no news after that...and the brazilian tracking system shows only when the package was registered on June 14th. Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening or if it is just plain normal that it takes almost 2 months without any system input whatsoever......?

CP parcel is surface parcel for heavy item. It often goes through sea and therefore very slow. You can do nothing but wait.

As per our experience. arrival time from 3 weeks to 10 weeks all possible.

Counting from the reception by China Post or from when it leaves the transit hub?
