Hi, I'm from Brazil - Sao Paulo, and I have 2 parcels that were posted and sent to the airline in the beginning/mid of July. Until now they haven't arrived in Brazil yet. Could you please check what is going on? The tracking numbers are RC551758120CN and RD155633950CN. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Arrival time to Brazil might take from 20 to 50 days. So your first parcel should arrive this week. If not, it might be lost.

The 2nd parcel should be on the way, just be patient.

if shipper has the receipt, he can claim compensation from china post. but the money will be refund to shipper not receiver. you have to open dispute and claim compensation from shipper.

How much time does China Post need to consider the parcels lost and refund the money to the shipper?

shipper should file an investigation request to china post. china post then send a letter to destination country post office. if destination confirm that they did not receive the parcel, then china post will confirm the lost and will compensate shipper. this procedure will last 2 to 3 months.

My first parcel, tracking number RC551758120CN, was sent to the airline on July 19th. That was the last update I have about it and it has not arrived in Brazil yet. Is it lost?

not necessarily lost, some parcel takes over 2 months to arrive Brazil. However, if your buyer protection date is expiring, you should open dispute now.

Lyvia, também tenho pedido completando 5 semanas hoje em "Export Scan" na China ainda... alguma coisa atrasou tudo por lá e ninguém sabe explicar nada. Aqui mesmo no fórum, na parte de América Latina tem 5 casos iguais somente na primeira página, e se olhar os demais continentes, em todos tem pessoas com o mesmo problema. Notei que a maioria em Beijing e Shanghai...

Contatei o vendedor e ele disse que esta tudo "ok" na parte dele, que postou e esta nos correios, a garantia iria expirar em 6 dias então ele aumentou para mais 40 dias. Tem muita gente recebendo com atraso e o status não atualiza nem depois de entregue, o jeito é esperar!
