I send five parcels :
CP288144237CN
CP288106211CN
CP288106168CN
CP288106154CN
CP288106171CN

It past more than threen months and still dont receive anything
i search in your website and the last place was Japan in July but
after that dont say anything, i though that was because is in the
ship but know i dont know what happen ? and how many time
will take my things arrive ?.

Hope you can answer me to know what i have to do.

those parcels are all surface parcel which goes through sea. it might take up to 6 months to arrive Mexico from china.

6 months !! they told me that take around 3 months and now you say 6 months
Why so many time?

i can only tell you the truth and factor that CP parcel is much slower than R parcel. It makes no sense for you to know why.
