These trackings have not been updated for over a month, when will they arrive in Brazil? Can I already say that the goods were lost?

these parcels are still waiting for flight to Brazil. Guangzhou airport has some shortage of flight to Brazil, please wait some more time.

Once parcel get flight to Brazil, we will write a new post here.
