I wanted to get info about my package tracking, there was no problem until around wednesday/thursday, that'd be April 26-27, by then it said the package was in my country's customs, but a day later, the site started to show "no shipping record" and keeps showing it.

Could I get some assitance, please?

The tracking number I got was: LV740619533CN

If I go into my country's mail service tracking, the site says the package is still in China. This update is from April 9, which is why I don't generally use the local tracking service.

About the shop, this is the third time I buy merch from the same place, both past buys arrived without a problem, but this one just kind of disappeared. Is there anything I can do?
