The seller at Aliexpress has shipped my order 10 days ago (on April 10).
However I am still unable to track the package.
Tracking number is AG862742680CN
What is the problem and where is the package?

Hi, the item AG862742680CN isn't shipped by the seller.
Please, contact the seller and request info.
In any case wait the expiring of buyer protection and, if not arrive, open a dispute.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AG862742680CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.

Hi! The package (AG862742680CN) appeared on the tracking on 19/4 as received in Dongguan City (Dongguan International Sales Department) at 4:44 pm.
It was passed immediately to the processing center and at 5:16pm the mention is:
"the mail leaves the commercial processing center. leave the processing center. Dongguan city"
Since then 10 days have passed and no further update.
What is happening?
