http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM219097810CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post office to USA on Nov 14.

Now is rush season, processing is very slow. you need wait 2 to 4 weeks to see next new status.

Su paquete salió de China hacia Chile el 1 de noviembre. Desafortunadamente, el tiempo de envío a Chile es muy lento, de 45 a 60 días. Si el período de protección del comprador se acerca al final, pídale a su vendedor que lo extienda. Si se niegan, abra una disputa para que pueda recuperar su dinero.
