LS159353575CN is invalid number, you seller did not ship the goods yet. If you just got the number, normally you need wait one week and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/

If you are receiver, You can not file non received claim with China Post directly. Normally you should open dispute to seller and claim refund from seller(shipper).

If you are shipper, you can bring your receipt , go to China Post office where you shipped the goods and claim refund. The procedure is very lengthy, it might take half year to get compensation.

How can I come in contact with China Post to ask them to make a complaint on PostNord Sweden? I don't really get this website?! China Post delivered a parcel to Post Nord sweden but Post Nord sweden messed up and sent the notification to get my parcel to another adress.. so that person that got the notification went to pick up my package. Post Nord told me that it has to be post china who makes the complaint thru Post nords website when the seller from Ali Express ordered the delivery from Post China!

I recently ordered a replacement phone screen for my Iphone and the only source of tracking info I received was from amazon and I said the package would be delivered between April 8th-24th but when I looked earlier this week it said an attempt delivery was made on march 30th but there was no sticker left on my door for any further information and I don't know how to contact the china post carrier directly the tracking number is LS684973061CN can anyone help me figure out what to do next.
