Post WHERES MY PACKAGE?

I ordered a package from a website called Rosegal. Been waiting for well over a month now. I ordered January 8th 2015 and have had no update since January 15th 2015. I am getting really frustrated and would LIKE TO KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE IS!!??!!??

Tracking number is:
RO622095939CN

Being sent to ontario canada.

Your airmail parcel should be outside china now. normally the parcel will seem to freeze at its last china location after it left china because none will scan it anymore.

Based on my experience, parcel will travel another 4 to 6 weeks to Canada after leaving china. You should get it by end of Feb.

I suggest you to use ePacket (tracking number starting with LM instead of R), it is much faster than airmail.

your parcel is register airmail, not ePacket. you should ask seller to ship the goods with ePacket whose number starts with LM and ending with CN.

Yes, I need help trying to find a package sent from Hong Kong on Feb 6, 2016. The package was sent by registered air mail and the tracking number is RB928816836HK. When I search either China Post or Hong Kong Airmail tracking, the message I get is the package left Hong Kong for its destination in USA on Feb 12, 2016. The USPS tracking service does not recognize the package, suggesting to me that the package has not reached the USA yet. It is now Feb 20, 2016 and still no recognition by USPS tracking service. Has the package been lost or is it still in Chinese customs? Please help. Thank you.

USPS does not scan parcel from China or Hong Kong. So you can not know delivery status in USA. You can not even know if it has arrived USA. Based on my experience, parcel should arrive USA in 30 days after it left Hong Hong. So you should get your goods in mid of March.

I am having the same problem as amandak with the same package destination. There is no update since 2016-01-20 22:15:19.0 since leaving the Beijing Airport. Tracking numbers: RO622763448CN, RO622444104CN

For maplevillage: Tracking numbers: RO622763448CN, arrival in Canada: Date / Time :2016/02/26 - 01:49
Tracking numbers: RO622444104CN arrival in Canada: Date / Time :2016/03/02 - 19:12

For Canada Post tracking International Inbound Registered only arrival in Canada can be seen when you insert the tracking number twice separated by a comma and a space. Example :
RO622763448CN, RO622763448CN If the parcel is in Canada. Hope this will help Canadian with Canada Post.

For amandak your RO622095939CN is arrival Date / Time :2016/02/25 - 13:31
