I've bought 2 wigs on Unichair my tracking number is RU868901821CN and I've purchased the VIP shipping that stated 3 to 5 days shipping now its over 2 weeks still waiting

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU868901821CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 24.

Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

Everything looks normal, you just need wait some more days.
