http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RX852953830CN shows the parcel was shipped from china to Canada on Jul 30. Canada Post processing for such china post airmail parcel is very very very very slow. Often it will take more than 3 months.

If you buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting. There will be no updating after parcel left china.
