My package was sent 10/16/18, eight days ago, and I haven’t seen an update in over a week. Where is my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY849905595CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 19. It is waiting in airline warehouse for available flight space from Chengdu to JFK. this might take 7 to 20 days.

You need wait some more days.

LY849905595CN has not passed US customs yet. Once it passes US customs, you will see new status.

We only know it left China Post warehouse. It might be in airline warehouse in China or in import customs warehouse in USA. As none will scan the parcel before USPS gets the parcel from US customs, you can not know exact location at this moment.

LY849905595CN has never arrived US. normally it should arrive USA in 2 to 4 weeks.

You need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
