Why has it been in China waiting to ship out for over a week? I paid for expedited shipping, and that was almost 3 weeks ago. When should I expect my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY476837554CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 25. It is waiting for flight space from china to USA. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.
