http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM190988659CN shows the parcel was shipped to Canada on Nov 3 when Canada Post workers were on strike.

Canada Post just finished strike, Hundreds of thousands parcels arrived their warehouse during strike period have not been processed yet.

We estimate that those OLD parcels might needs about 30 to 90 days to be sorted and scanned by Canada Post. Their status will still show as in China until Canada Post workers scan and update their status in Canada.

You need wait some more patient to get the parcel.
