LO99698608C8N and LO996985649CN I have been waiting for these for well over a month easy and do not understand why no one will tell me what is going on. Why is this so difficult even with this Covid19 issue...please tell me what is going on with my package. i paid good hard earned money for these!!!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both LO996986088CN and LO996985649CN were shipped in early April from Shenzhen. They are still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space to Canada.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Canada. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry.

After parcel arrives Canada, Canada Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
