I received a note that my package was "on route" on Nov. 29, and when I tracked my package, it said:

2018/11/29 19:34 Received by Post Office 322008
2018/11/29 22:07 Departure export customs CNYIWD
and that it was on it's way to Chicago.

The site where I ordered it on Nov. 15th said:
United States delivery 10-30 business days

Tracking number - LT024299244CN

If you cannot guarantee Christmas delivery – I want to cancel my order.

Please respond ASAP!!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LT024299244CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Jinhua office to US on Nov 30.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Jinhua ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

So no guarantee the package will arrive by Christmas Eve?

The Supamani.com/Shopify.com website where I ordered these items said 10-30 days delivery to the US from order placement. I placed my order on Nov. 15, so I should receive the package by Dec. 15 - and now you're saying it may be up to another 20 to 40 days before delivery?

This company/shipping system SUCKS!!
