Hi, where is my order LO942091608CN?
I have been waiting since March for it to arrive and it's been "On Route" to Australia for over a month now.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO942091608CN was shipped from China to Australia on Mar 25 and was sent to Shanghai on Mar 27. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to Australia.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Australia. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives Australia, Australia Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
