I have emailed everyone possible regarding my package and I am starting to believe that this is a scam site. My tracking number is LY421154860CN and this is the status as of almost a month ago:

2018/7/12 13:44 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM

Where is my package and when will I receive it? I have seen a lot of people complaining about this site and I am not happy at all. Please answer my questions. Thank you

Hey, Vincent. My package shipped a day after your's, same speed, from the same customs location and mine hasn't budged either. The feedback I've gotten is that it's delayed but we should wait a week or two and then file missing package claims. I don't think this website is an official branch of China Post so much as a volunteer trying to help people out. Because it's not technically official the information they can provide us is rather vague.

Guangzhou airport has big problem these days. Many parcels were delayed or lost. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by next Friday, open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
