LY489981532CN this is my tracking number, can you please tell where the heck my order is and has it really left, China. Or should I file a dispute?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY489981532CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 28. It is waiting for flight space from Shanghai to Chicago. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.
