I am waiting on a package shipped via epacket, tracking number LY384543761CN. The estimated shipping time was 10-20 days. It has been sitting in Guangzhou for over two weeks now. Is there a problem? All evidence indicates that this kind of wait for epacket is not normal, and obviously the package will not arrive within the estimated shipping window.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY384543761CN shows the parcel is still waiting for flight space from china to JFK. you might need wait one or two more weeks.

Okay and what if it’s been waiting for flight space for about a month?

if epacket parcel has been shipped over 30 days and you still do not get it , you need open dispute for lost parcel.
