http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY775519014CN shows the parcel was shipped From China to New York on Oct 7. Normally it should arrive New York in 7 to 20 days. Not sure why it is stuck in China.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Nov 12, open dispute for lost parcel.
