http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY920115894CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Fuzhou office to USA on Nov 3.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Fuzhou ,China or US customs warehouse in Chicago). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until USPS Post the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.
