Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been posting question the past two days and I have still no answer.
I ordered more than two weeks ago a package from the brand Uvenux which choose to use your company to send away their orders.

I checked every day the tracking number and was SURPRISED to discover on the 18th of July that apparently someone came on the 13th of July at 4am (!!!) delivering the package and no one was here to answer. Why was I not informed before ?!!! My phone number should be on the package so it is easy to contact me to give me the package. Yet, no call, no mail, no info and of course an updated tracking result 5 days after !!!

Now can you explain me what can I do to retreive my package ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RX733622157CN shows arrived Vietnam on Jul 13. It should have delivery problem.

You need contact Vietnam post office to pickup the parcel.
