Hello, since days I haven’t noticed any improvement in my shipping process. Can you please check and tell me if the package is still in China or already on the way.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ699627347CN shows the parcel was shipped on Aug 21. it is still in Nanjing. Normally it will wait 10 to 20 days to catch flight space from china to Germany.
