Has my parcel LL683134830CN got through customs yet?
If not is there a reason?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LL683134830CN has no update since its last location in Shenzhen,China. Normally this means the parcel is outside China now.

Normally ePacket will keep travel another 5 to 20 days to UK after it left China. You can not see new status during the 5 to 20 days period.

Once parcel enters Royal Mail system, Royal Mail website will show new location status. Everything looks normal, no need worry. Just wait some more time.
