Vendor is saying it has reached destination country, but I havent received it yet. Local post says they havent received it yet as well.

I cant open dispute till 19th August.

as per last updates on http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php it says parcel was sent to Saudi Arabia and its held by Saudia Customs on 28th June.
After that there is no update. My country is Pakistan.
Seller keep saying that it has arrived destination country.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline from Jeddah to Pakistan. You probably need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel.

Can you please share screen shot, when I am checking the link its still showing that its with Saudia customs.
