RG980822299BE is a Belgium Post (bPost) tracking number. Some sellers forward batches of packages ot Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, etc, and then use the post offices of these countries to mail them.

Your item left Belgium on 21 Dec and arrived in the UK on 23 Dec, but it hasn't moved since then. If you are in the UK, it would be a good idea to ring Royal Mail and enquire after your parcel.

As well, Canada Post doesn't provide tracking for inbound registered mail items any more (tracking numbers starting with 'R', eg RX123456785CN). If you do order something from China in the future, try to see if you can get your seller to ship via ePacket (tracking number starting with L, usually LM or LZ for Canada). It shouldn't cost more than $1-2 extra, and even though it's not really any faster, at least there will be some tracking information when the item clears Customs in Canada.

This is a Yanwen tracking number, not China Post. You can see their tracking details here:

Normally shipping service like Yanwen just mail the package out of China as ordinary airmail, which means there won't be any more tracking updates after the item leaves China. It could take 4-12 weeks to arrive in Switzerland.
