http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY396984488CN shows the parcel is still waiting to catch flight space from Guangzhou to Chicago since Jul 7. It should be seriously delayed.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Aug 7, open dispute for lost parcel.
