Please help my package has been held by customs since February 27, 2019. It is a return and the seller is asking why she has not received it. Tracking number CH063018011US

CH063018011US should have some customs clearance problem. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and inquiry delivery detail. Receiver might need go to post office to pay some duty and pickup the parcel.
