The seller shows this package of face masks as being delivered to me in the U.S., so I am unable to open a dispute through Ali Express. When I track it, it shows both delivered AND cancelled on the same day and at the same exact time (April 14, 2020). Can you assist with any other information? Thank you.

LN845612415CN returned to shipper on April 14. You will not get this parcel in future.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
