Dear Sir/Madam
I ordered an item in Nov. China Post is showing me the history of this item to arrive at "Second Sorting Center". However, I don't see any further update since 21-DEC-2019. My parcel's tracking number is UT708266079CN.
Can you please let me know the current status and when should I expect to receive this parcel?

UT708266079CN arrived USA on Dec 21. Normally parcel will be delivered by USPS within 2 weeks after arriving USA. Your parcel is very likely to be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
